Progress record of one kill-switch execution. Counts add up page by page while RUNNING and are final once COMPLETED or FAILED. The worker disables the tenant's tools, stops its executions not yet dispatched, then revokes its mandates; the fields on tools and executions are absent on an execution recorded before it did.
